{"id":242,"date":"2026-06-02T08:19:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T08:19:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deaaprilia.my.id\/?p=242"},"modified":"2026-06-02T08:19:50","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T08:19:50","slug":"sate-taichan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deaaprilia.my.id\/?p=242","title":{"rendered":"Sate taichan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"161\" src=\"https:\/\/deaaprilia.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ddd.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-243\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sate taichan<\/strong>\u00a0adalah varian\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sate\">sate<\/a>\u00a0yang berisi\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Daging_ayam\">daging ayam<\/a>\u00a0yang dibakar tanpa baluran bumbu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kacang\">kacang<\/a>\u00a0atau\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kecap\">kecap<\/a>\u00a0seperti sate pada umumnya.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sate_taichan#cite_note-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0Sate ini hanya disajikan dengan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sambal\">sambal<\/a>\u00a0dan perasan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jeruk_nipis\">jeruk nipis<\/a>, sementara daging sate untuk sate taichan lazimnya berwarna putih polos dan hanya dibumbui\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Garam\">garam<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jeruk_nipis\">jeruk nipis<\/a>, dan sedikit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cabai\">cabai<\/a>.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sate_taichan#cite_note-2\">[2]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0Sate ini dijual pada malam hari, lazimnya sate-sate pada umumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sejarah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ada beberapa versi mengenai awal mula kemunculan sate taichan, walaupun kebenaran tersebut belum terkonfirmasi. Awalnya, ada seorang pasangan muda-mudi (seorang pria berasal dari&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jepang\">Jepang<\/a>, sementara wanita asli&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Indonesia\">Indonesia<\/a>) yang ingin membeli sate di kawasan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Senayan\">Senayan<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jakarta\">Jakarta<\/a>, kisaran tahun 2012. Pria Jepang itu mengaku tidak suka dengan bumbu kacang khas Madura yang menjadi bumbu sate di warung makan tersebut. Dia pun berinisiatif untuk membakar sendiri daging ayam mentah yang sudah ditusuk dengan lumuran garam dan jeruk nipis, tanpa kecap dan sambal. Setelah matang, dia meminta sambal kepada pedagang tersebut sebagai pendamping sate. Ketika pedagang sate menanyakan apa sate yang sedang dia bakar, pria Jepang itu menjawab &#8220;sate taichan&#8221; saja, tanpa tahu alasan di balik pemilihan nama tersebut.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sate_taichan#cite_note-KompasPrint-4\">[4]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versi lain dari kemunculan sate taichan adalah kehadiran ekspatriat&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Korea_Selatan\">Korea Selatan<\/a>&nbsp;yang sering makan sate ayam di sebuah warung sate, masih di kawasan Senayan, Jakarta. Karena sudah sering makan di warung tersebut,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ekspatriat\">ekspatriat<\/a>&nbsp;tersebut jadi saling kenal dengan pemilik warung. Pria Korea Selatan pun kemudian mengajari pemilik warung cara lain membuat sate yang menjadi cikal bakal sate taichan. Saat itu, bumbu yang digunakan adalah semua irisan bumbu seperti cabai rawit hijau, bawang merah, bawang putih, dan garam. Belakangan, bumbu iris tersebut kemudian dihaluskan sehingga menjadi sambal pendamping daging sate polos.<sup><a
